Jewish Family & Children's Service (JFCS) is collaborating with the Scottsdale Unified School District to provide FREE prevention services to students. JFCS is a non-profit, non-sectarian organization that has been strengthening communities by offering high quality behavioral health and social services to children, families, and adults of all ages throughout Maricopa County since 1935.
Social and coping skills support groups are now being offered at your child's school. These groups can enhance the student's academic and social experience.
Topics include: Girl Talk, Friendship/Feelings, Coping Skills, Social Skills, Boy Power, Changing Families, Focus 123 & Grief/Loss.
Groups will take place on Friday, for 6 to 8 consecutive weeks, during school hours. Each session about 40 minutes and during lunch period.
